From requirements to handover
I take on projects with an agreed scope and delivery milestones. During development, I share progress, flag issues early, and discuss how new requests affect the delivery schedule.
Before changing a workflow, I want to understand who uses it, which documents they work with, and where they get stuck. This gives us a concrete basis for the implementation and acceptance checks.

Review the users, documents, and day-to-day problems. Agree on what needs to change.

Agree on scope and milestones
Set the proposed solution, deliverables, delivery dates, and acceptance criteria before implementation.

Build and review in stages
Demo completed parts, share progress, and collect feedback. Discuss scope changes before adding them to the schedule.

Test and hand over
Check the agreed business scenarios, support acceptance testing, and hand over source code and documentation as agreed.
